Hi,

I am not yet clear about the latest dec ision by the British Court. H
as it been confirmed that the Ex-Servicemen who retired before 1997 wil l not g
et U.K. Residence.

I would also like to kn ow if the families (Spouse & Childre
n) of Ex-Servi cemen are allowed to apply for the Residence Permi t.

mar Subba,last heard of being in UK but am not sure where in UK.if ever known
please notify me at kem_256@yahoo.com.h e has some legal issues to face in t
he philippines regarding polygamy and abandoning family and with out supporting
